Apply the structure below without copying the reference. Build a spacious footer on white or warm white `#fffefa`. At the top, use a two-column row: a small brand mark with a short company/disclaimer statement on the left, and a newsletter invitation with an email field and black subscribe button on the right. Below, create two or more clearly labeled link columns such as Product, Company, Resources, or Legal. Use 13–15px sans-serif text, 8–14px vertical link spacing, muted gray labels, and near-black primary text. The email form should have a pale gray input, 12px radius, clear validation, accessible label, and a dark pill or rounded submit button. Give the footer 64–100px top padding and 32px horizontal gutters. Include a lower legal row with copyright, privacy, terms, and social links if appropriate. Keep decorative closing brand treatment subtle and original; it should not overwhelm the useful footer content. Stack the newsletter and link columns on mobile. ### Never - Never copy the reference disclaimer, product name, logo, email address, or navigation labels. - Never collect email without consent and clear error/success feedback. - Never bury legal links or make footer text too low-contrast.
